If it is the day of your appointment please note:

 Our phone is on airplane mode while with clients to ensure each and every client has our undivided attention. We will be out front at the time of your appointment as there is no receptionist. Between clients, we are cleaning and sanitizing the room and making everything perfect for your appointment!

 

 If you are running late, don't worry, just arrive safely. If it has been 10 or more minutes I will contact you with the number on file. Sometimes you get stuck behind a train, no worries, we understand. If you need to cancel, we request 24 hours notice. However, there is no fee for any cancellation, we request 2 hours notice. Please stay home if you or someone in your household are feeling unwell.

 

If you no show and no call with no notice, you will be required to place a non refundable deposit of your next appointment's cost. Thank you for respecting our time and health as well as your own time and health.
